Why do some things on this site look strange?

What did I use to create this site?

I used FrontPage 2002.

Why do some things on this site look strange?

It could be several things.

If everything looks large, try increasing your screen resolution. You should see more on your screen if you do this. Increasing your screen resolution can be done in most Windows versions by right-clicking the background or desktop, selecting Properties, selecting Settings and then choosing a higher resolution.

You may have an old web browser. Without getting into detail, your browser may not support all the features newer code has to offer. You can try upgrading your browser if you feel comfortable doing that.

Or, it could be just my code! Let me know if you see anything that looks strange or just plain wrong.
